About
“Photography for me is not about looking—it’s about feeling. If you can’t feel what you’re looking at, you’ll never inspire others to feel anything when they see your pictures.”
From a young age, I’ve felt a deep connection to the bush and its wildlife. Photography became the natural way to share that connection—an invitation for others to experience the quiet beauty of wild places.
Through time spent in the field, my perspective on nature has deepened. I’m drawn to the individuality of each animal and the subtle moments that reveal character, light, and atmosphere rather than spectacle alone.
By profession, I’m a full-time airline pilot—often in the skies, but always drawn back to the wild. Every spare moment is spent learning more about the animals I photograph, whether in the field or with a book in hand. To strengthen my understanding, I completed online Field Guiding studies and continue to support conservation through volunteer work with Care for Wild.
I believe photography can inspire appreciation, and appreciation can lead to protection. If these images encourage a deeper respect for wildlife and wild places, then they’ve done their job.
I invite you to explore the portfolio and experience these moments from the field.
